Encouragement

Bible Verses on Encouragement

Everyone needs some encouragement each day. The following scriptures will give you encouragement in your daily life and provide inspiration and strength as you cope with life’s challenges. Let the Word encourage you today.

Psalms 23:1-6 –“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; he leads me besides the still waters. He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for You are with me: your rod and staff they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: you anoint my head with oil: my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”

Psalm 27:1 – “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”

He shall cover you with his feathers, and under his wings shall you trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid for the terror by nigh; nor the arrow that flies by day; Nor for  the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but I shall not come nigh thee.”
