Meditate On The Word

Sunrise in Gatlinburg 700x400

1Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with
lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things;
so that
 thy youth is renewed like the eagle’sPsalm 103:1-5

The benefits are plentiful. God’s promises are sure. “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” (2 Corinthians 1:20) Put the healing scriptures in your heart. Read them over and over.

Whenever you sense a symptom of illness, open up the Word. Read it OUT LOUD. What you read, believe. Thank the Lord for His healing. Take the medicine of the Word every day until the symptoms are gone. Remember it is your faith in God’s Word that makes you free.

Meditate on the Word. “But his delight is in the law [Word] of the LORD; and in his law [Word] doth he meditate day and night.” (Psalm 1:2) “This book of the law [Word] shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” (Joshua 1:8)

22For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
23Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
24Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.

Proverbs 17:22
A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

1 Peter 2:24
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
