Step Into Jesus’ Ability

Philippians 4:13

“I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.”

When we are powerless to do a thing, it is great joy that we can
come and step inside the ability of Jesus
. – Corrie ten Boom

What powerful words from a lady who knew the power of God in her life and who lived it!

In case you don’t know who Corrie ten Boom was, here’s some information about her that can’t help but inspire you in your Christian walk. She was a Dutch Christian who, along with her father and other family members, helped many Jews escape the Nazi Holocaust during World War II and was imprisoned for it.

Incarcerated at Ravensbrück, a German concentration camp, Corrie was one of 40,000 prisoners who survived the camp and was released. In spite of the horrible atrocities she experienced, she spent her post-prison life preaching about God’s love and forgiveness. She repeatedly proclaimed that the one thing she learned at Ravensbrück: “There is no pit so deep that the love of God is not deeper still.” Her life and legacy is truly inspiring.

Corrie ten Boom knew the power of God’s Word. She knew the ability of Jesus. His power hasn’t change or His ability. You can choose to step inside His ability or you can try to go it on your own. I highly recommend you step inside His ability, and that’s really the Gospel – God doing for us what we couldn’t do in ourselves: it’s Christ IN US.

If you’re in a situation right now, you have God’s power available for you. It doesn’t matter what your situation or problem is. God’s power is there for you. It’s His ability doing what you can’t do on your own.

Allow God’s power into your life by faith and you’ll have ALL the power you need to live a joyful and blessed life.

Step inside Jesus and find that you ARE more than a conqueror. You are a winner every time.
