Free Indeed

You can’t be truly free apart from God’s grace. That is His provision through the finished work of Jesus. When you know Jesus, you know God’s grace. And when you know God’s grace, you understand the freedom you have. “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” John 8:36, ESV

You are not under law-keeping or rules to gain God’s acceptance any longer. Jesus provided that for you—for every person. When you accept His gift, you become righteous in Him—in right standing. God doesn’t see you as a sinner, but as one of His beloved children. Slaves are not free. But sons and daughters of the King are.

Knowing Jesus releases you from any captivity that’s held you in bondage. God’s grace is greater than anything you’ve ever done or can ever do. If you’re not experiencing true freedom, it’s time to receive what Jesus has done for you and walk into a new life full of His presence, His peace and rest, His joy and fulfillment, His health and wholeness.

When you’ve been set free by the Son, you are free indeed.
