What Is Truth?

^“Pilate said to Him [Jesus], ‘What is truth?’” (John 18:38). If you are talking about diet and nutrition, you might ask that question as well. There are too many valuables and too many experts with opposite opinions. Who can know the truth? Jesus told Pilate “Every one that is of the truth hears My voice” (John 18:37).

^”For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ” (John 1:17). Truth and grace came on the scene through Jesus. It did not come through the law. Truth is not found in the law, even though the law is good. The law does not free. Truth and grace frees. ^“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32 NKJV).

If you are burdened by having to keep the law, then you are not free. Truth and grace are found in Jesus. Truth and grace was transferred to us through the cross. In Christ we can know the truth and that knowledge sets us free. “What is Truth?” Jesus is the Truth. Know Jesus.
