The more you know and receive God’s love, the greater freedom you’ll experience. It’s not just a head-knowledge of God’s love…yes, Jesus Loves Me…but a deeper, inside-knowing that you are truly, deeply loved by God.
Too many times people, including believers, think they have to be good or God won’t love them. That’s totally false because Jesus already took God’s wrath on Himself at the Cross. When we receive God’s gift to us, we come into fellowship with His Son and God’s great love that demonstrated through Jesus. 1 John 4:16 says “we have known and believed the love of God.”
Knowing that you know that you know God’s great, abundant and overflowing love for you will set you free. It will draw you into a deeper relationship with Him. As you partake of His Word, you’ll receive a deeper revelation not only of His love, but His grace that touches every part of your life.
