There’s more good stuff in Psalm 34 and this time in verse 22. “The Lord redeems [rescues/delivers] the soul of His servants; and none of them that trust in Him shall be desolate [destroyed, guilty, and punished].”
It’s time to stop thinking about what you have lost, what you don’t have. That’s a desolate mentality and God doesn’t think that way. It’s not His character. He doesn’t want you thinking like that either because He’s already redeemed you. Recognize that His redemption center to meet all of your needs is open and available 24/7.
He’s provided everything through Jesus. When you trust Him, you get it ALL. Don’t think in terms of being a sinner barely saved by grace. You were but you aren’t a sinner anymore. Don’t carry around the guilty conscience of your sin any longer. It’s gone, dealt with on the Cross. That’s just part of God’s redemption through Jesus.
There’s so much more available for you. 1 Corinthians 2:9 says that we haven’t even seen or heard or thought about all that God has planned—prepared—for those who love Him. Not only is it free but it’s time to receive all that Jesus has for you.
