The Word of His Grace

Paul shares what I think is an exciting verse for you and I about God’s grace in Acts 20:32, and I trust you’re continuing in the word of His grace today. “And now I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who are sanctified” (NASB).

The message of God’s grace is all about Jesus and what He’s already done for you and me. It is this message that Paul emphasized before he headed to another place. He commended the brethren to the Lord and the word of God’s grace. He wanted them to continue in it. Why?

He answers that question by explaining that the word of His grace has the ability and power to build you up in faith, and as a cumulative force, secures and provides an inheritance for you among the called out ones, those sanctified, forgiven, and justified by the blood of Jesus. You get to enjoy that inheritance right now.

God’s grace is building you up in all that He finished. It’s time to stand strong in His grace today.
