God Is Great

You hear others say it, “God is great”, and you’ve probably said it yourself. GOD IS GREAT.  Daily I’m finding more reasons to proclaim how great thou art!

I can’t always sing through Chris Tomlin’s song, How Great Is Our God, because as I’m singing the words, the realization of just how great God is to me overtakes my thoughts, my soul, my heart. Psalm 86:10 says that God is great and does wondrous things; He alone is God.

It only takes a few minutes to let your heart and mind be fixed on God’s greatness in your life—all that He has done for you, all His provisions given in love without reservation.

God’s more willing to bless us than most believers recognize. We attempt to put up too many barriers and cannot receive all that God has for us. We either think we have to work harder to win His approval, or do more ‘works’ to make Him happy with us. Truth is: HE LOVES YOU AND I JUST AS WE ARE!
