Just a Thought for September 8
September 8, 2015Just a Thought for September 9
September 9, 2015Did you know you are one of the “majestic ones?” They are the delight of the Lord. Little did David know that one day God would send Jesus to make a way for the “majestic ones.” A saint is a holy one made holy through the finished work of Jesus.
“As for the saints who are in the earth, They are the majestic ones in whom is all my delight” (Psalm 16:3 (NASB).
The saints are the children of God. He delights in His children as a Father. We are all saints. “The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints” (Ephesians 1:18).
We don’t have to wait to be named into the sainthood. We are the saints. Every believer becomes a saint at his or her new birth. We all are in the sight of God a saint. It’s not a matter of behavior, but of birth. It’s by grace we are saints.
