Grace Says it All

Home

“It is at the cross where we admit to God and to ourselves that there is absolutely nothing we can do to earn or merit our salvation.” (Jerry Bridges)

Since there is nothing we can do to merit the grace of God, we can come to Him just as we are. We don’t have to get cleaned up before we approach God. We don’t have to do something to merit His grace because there is nothing we can do. Jesus did it all.

People have defined grace many ways. This we know, that is the unmerited, undeserved, unearned favor of God toward us. Everything we are and have come through grace.

When people come against hyper grace, they come against the very thing that they desperately need in life for every aspect of daily living.

“We are brought into God’s Kingdom by grace; we are sanctified by grace; we receive both temporal and spiritual blessings by grace; we are motivated to obedience by grace; we are called to serve and, finally, we are glorified by grace. The entire Christian life is lived under the reign of God’s grace.” (Jerry Bridges)

Grace says it all.
