Let’s Live From Our New Nature

Most of us, including myself, don’t really live up to what we received spiritually. We can stop at salvation and be satisfied, but there’s so much more that God has given us through Jesus. That’s why we’re spending this year exploring and imagining the possibilities of living from the inside out. That is, living from our new nature, our new born-again life in Jesus Christ and allowing it to change and affect the world around us. The Berean Study Bible puts it this way in Philippians 3:16, “Nevertheless, we must live up to what we have already attained.” The challenge and expectation for this year is to learn more how to live from the inside out, with this new nature being our cornerstone and reality. Prepare your heart and be expectant because it’s coming.
