Why do people want to keep things strictly ‘spiritual’ in the practical application of God’s Word? Many believers know Jesus purchased their salvation but don’t go beyond that. Many feel they have to wait until they get to Heaven to receive anything else. Considering God’s blessings are something you can’t receive here on earth is failing to be informed of the finished work of the Cross. When Jesus cried “it is finished” (John 19:30), His words signaled fulfillment of everything for complete restoration of all God’s blessings for you then and now. Don’t limit what is yours now because it’s yours, today. Live from this truth and rejoice.
