Be A Tree Of Strength

No matter what age you are, you can be a strong and vibrant believer as Psalm 92:12 shows. Here is another picture of a flourishing, sturdy tree, the palm tree. “The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree.” So, how are we like a palm tree? Palm trees grow in hot climates, like deserts, and can live for more than a century. They’re sturdy. They’ve been designed to withstand high winds, excessive heat, and mega storms. God’s righteous—you—are designed to grow in the heat of life, living longer and blessed, able to withstand the winds of worldly doctrine, mega storms of life, and come out flourishing, prospering, and abounding in God’s goodness. Trees live from the inside out, and that’s what you’re to do.
