You live by the words you speak so you could say you live from the inside out. You might speak good encouraging words. If you do, you’ll find yourself encouraged. But you may speak words of doubt and fear, negative words. If you do, you’ll be more fearful, unbelieving, and negative. Why? Because we allow the fear, worry, and negative words to live in our hearts. Luke 6:45, NIV says “For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.”
Paul talks about what faith says in Romans 10:6, 9 NIV, “But the righteousness that is by faith says…The message is very close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart. And that message is the very message about faith that we preach.”
Don’t disqualify yourself and speak contrary to what God says. Start with planting the word of faith and righteousness in your heart and believing God for good success, favor, and wisdom. Change your vocabulary and agree with God and you’ll enjoy living from the inside out.
