He Is Your Deliverer

This is such a powerful verse: “The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold” (Psalm 18:2, NKJV).

Jesus is not only your rock, fortress, but your deliver and strength. As a deliverer, He’s always ready to show you where to go and when. You may have had an experience like this: you’re in your car at a signal and when it changes, for some reason, you’re slower than usual to make your turn. Your hesitation saved your life because another car didn’t stop but would have hit you directly. Those times are God’s deliverance and protection over you because He is your fortress and deliverer.

Never think it’s just a coincidence. God is watching out for you, and you can trust Him. Keep declaring this verse each day, and you’ll see more ways He is involved in your life.
