Your Name Is Not Blotted Out

Too many believers think they will not enter Heaven because of the things they’ve done even though they’ve accepted Jesus. It’s time to renew our thinking in the truth that after you’ve accepted Jesus He doesn’t leave you, walk away from you, or ignore you because of what you’ve done or even slip-ups along the way.

The Church has been too occupied with believers having to do certain things to be blessed or approved of God. They’ve carried that legalism over to what you can or can’t do as a Christian. Somehow the Gospel has become a gospel of deeds, not the Gospel of God’s grace, love, and acceptance.

Look at Revelation 3:5, NASB, “I will not erase his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.” Need further confirmation? Read John 6:39, NIV, “And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me.”
