Don’t Doubt His Faithfulness

I couldn’t remember where I’d placed some items for my daughter when she moved. Then I get a text from her asking me to bring them when we would be down in their area. Okay, but where did I put them? I looked and looked throughout the house, the little storage area off the garage and couldn’t find them. I remembered assembling them in a container. Finally I knew I had to ask Jesus for help in locating them.

Ephesians 1:17, NLT says “asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God.” So that’s what I did. Before I went to bed I thanked the Lord for helping me locate the items. Got up the next morning, fed the dog and let her out, got our breakfast, and then went down to the garage to look.

No sooner had I turned the light on, and…there the items were! The Lord was faithful to show me where I’d put them. Jesus is concerned about what you’re concerned about, and He’s always faithful.
