As we come to the end of 2018, a new year stretches in front of each of us. A year of new things, good things, and opportunities. We trust you’ve already made some needed changes in your thinking, and that you’re continuing to renew your mind in all that Jesus has done for you.
Teachers and scientists will agree that repetition is the mother of all learning. Let’s make sure what we repeat in our thinking and actions is based on our relationship with Jesus. Let’s make sure we’re firing and re-firing the neurons responsible for positive bias—positive changes.
That’s why we continue to encourage you to daily meditate on God’s Word. It’s repeating the truth of who you are in Christ Jesus, of all that God has given you. It’s creating positive behavior because you’ve been renewed in your spirit as well as your mind. Some call this meditation, but when your meditations center on God’s alive, active, and powerful Word, you’ll be strengthened and infused with more of Him.
You can move positively forward in 2019 with your mind focused on God’s blessings in your life, the opportunities He has for you, and on His never-ending love for you. The best is yet to come as you live from the inside out.
